LODGING OPTIONS
Resident Students
Single Occupancy ($689)

All rooms are part of a three-room suite with a shared bathroom. This is a private room within the suite. This registration includes a meal plan.
Double Occupancy ($615.50)
All rooms are part of a three-room suite with a shared bathroom. This is a double room within the suite. This registration includes a meal plan.
Commuter Students ($585)
Students may elect to reside offsite – at private homes, B&Bs, RV parks, or area hotels – and register at the “commuter” rate. This registration included a meal plan.
Additional Nights
Additional nights before or after camp dates are available on a limited basis for $58 per person.

MEALS
Meal Plans

A meal plan (Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and Sunday breakfast and lunch) is included for all campers, whether staying in the dorms on campus or commuting. 
Special Diets
The University of Toledo is equipped to handle a variety of dietary needs. It is very important to let us know about your dietary restrictions or concerns in advance on the registration form so the chefs can prepare.

LINENS AND BEDDING
The University of Toledo does not provide linens and bedding, not even as an option.
ALL CAMPERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN PILLOWS, LINENS, and PERSONAL ITEMS such as shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) .

We suggest bringing:
1 Bath Towel
1 Hand Towel
1 Washcloth (Face Towel)
Bed sheets
Pillow and Pillow Case
1 Blanket
The bed size is Twin XL (typical dorm size)

*Some campers bring a sleeping bag instead of sheets.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Until May 11, 2026, your deposit is fully refundable. For cancellations beginning 12:01 AM on May 12, 2026, everything is refunded except $100. For cancellations made on or after June 12, 2026, everything is refunded except $200. There are no refunds for cancellations that take place after midnight July 10, 2026, or for those students who simply fail to show up to Camp with no notice.

COVID & FLU PROTOCOL
Midwest Uke & Harmonica Camp strongly recommends that all participants get vaccinated against COVID-19 and flu, including with the most recent booster. MUC 2026 will follow any CDC guidelines that are present at the time of camp and
will adhere to all protocols regarding masking laid out by the University of Toledo and the State of Ohio. At this time there are no masking requirements and attendees are free to make their own choices regarding masks.
